A Good Value Hotel In Rome?

Hello all!
I'm looking for a nice hotel or bed& breakfast in Rome in September but most that period is high season so everything i find is pretty expensive.
Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!!
Also, does has anyone gone to Eva's Rooms?
(it's a b&b and seems nice in the photos)
Thanks!!!

Try the Hotel San Carlo it is in the spanish steps area which is an awesome area. The hotel is nice except you have to walk stairs.

We booked B&B Banchi Vecchi for our trip this month. Do a search for it here & tripadvisor for favorable comments.

We stayed at Hotel La Rovere right near the Vatican. It has 25 rooms and was very pleasant.

We were pleased with Hotel Spring House very near (literally around the corner) the Vatican. It is away from the crowds but conveniently located. They also offer specials, including a discount for online advance reservation, I believe. http://www.springhousehotelrome.it/e...ouse_rome.html
