A full week in Florence.
 

Mid October. Have the touring details done, but looking for restaurant recommends. Don’t eat a lot of red meat, but I’ll likely do steak florentine once, so best place? We have reservations for La Giostra and heard about Gustopizza. But we have a week of lunches and dinners to enjoy! With thanks, AJ

I haven't been to Florence since well before Covid, but one restaurant we have returned to on every trip is Il Paiolo on Via del Corso. They survived the pandemic and now have a "sister" restaurant we'll try on our next visit... Sabatini on Via Panzani.
