A family trip to France..Final intinerary !

Hi !
We will make a family ( 2 adults and 10 and 14 yo kids) in July and August of 34 nights.
Here is our plan:

Paris: 7 nights get rental car at the end. We will have an airbnb in ''quartier des théâtres'' not far from Starsbourg metro station
Honfleur: 3 nights and day trips to Etretat and Rouen
Bayeux: 3 nights ddays beaches and maybe the Tapestry....
Britanny : 11 nights ( 4 Dinan, 5 Quimper and 2 Vannes), Before arriving in Dinan we would make 3-4 hours stop at Mont St-Michel
Limoges: 1 night (stop in Oradour sur Glane)
Dordogne (near Sarlat): 4 nights
Auvergne (Mont Doré): 3 nights
Amboise : 1 Night. Its more to make a stop and take a quick look at some châteaux (Chenonceau and Chambord)
CDG airport : 1 night
Fly back home August 12

What about that ?

Definitely see the Bayeux Tapestry ! It is a long format, like a cartoon strip and has some humor too. It doesn’t take too long to see this beautiful piece from 1066.

Sounds good!
If you have the tome and inclination you may enjoy Fort la Latte with your kids. A proper castle! I forgot to mention it in your earlier posts.

We are in Brittany right now, on the Crozon peninsula and having a wonderful time. Still so much we haven't seen and will have to come back to!
It's a slog to get here (2 days of hard driving) from where we live but worth it.
Have a great trip.
I hope to see your trip report later :).
