A confirmed fodorite's "leaving in a few hours" thread

Aloha all! This confirms my status as hopeless fodor's addict. Somehow posting here is more of a draw than the next two hours of housecleaning that I really *should* get to. So I procrastinate. Thanks to Judy for her recent Brittany thread, and to all who have contributed the names of restaurants in Paris and packing tips. Yes, our respective carry-ons are all vacuum packed. Kalena, you are hopefully there by now. as far as housecleaning before you go, i understand the compulsion, but is there anyone there to appreciate it? It will all be there upon return
