Genoa to Cinque Terre to Pisa and Rome

I just bought a Eurail pass ticket and have a plan to go around by train in Italy coastline and Rome, is it possible to do a trip in one day starting from Genoa and than the Cinque Terre make a small stop in Pisa and then end the journey by night in Rome? thank you

Of course it is possible. But it's more pleasant to visit 5Terre by hiking or by boat.
I suppose you have hand luggage only as there is no luggage deposit in the tiny 5Terre stations.

On many trains in Italy (eg long distance trains) the Eurail pass may not cover the required seat reservation, so you cannot just hop on any train like you could way back when. You'd also need to buy a seat reservation.

Same thing applies in other countries, so be sure to fully inform yourself about the limits of the pass about fast trains, seat reservations, overnight sleeping rooms, etc.

A direct train from Pisa to Rome takes only 2 1/2 to 3 hours, so not one you'd take for an overnight.
