6 hours in lisbon, how much can I see

My parents will be visiting Lisbon in September they will be arriving on the Century cruise ship. They only have 6 hours to be there from 12:00 pm to 6:00pm. What is the best way to get around I have heard of the 2 story hop on hop off buses but I am not sure of how long they take from one stop to the other. They would like to visit
The Belem Tower
The Monastery (at least take some pictures there)
The Monument of the Descoverie
The Pasteis de Belem Cafe
and then walk around rua augusta by the Praca de Comericio
can someone please tell me what is the best way to get around.

Thanks

We took the trolley to Belem--the first four things they want to see are all very close to each other. I think the trolley ride was about 20 minutes.

Hi Abram where exactly did you take the trolley, was it at the port or somewhere else.

If they want to take a taxi from the port, it would be very cheap and easy. As abram says, the first four things are all in Belem, very near one from the other. From Belem to the city centre (if they still have time to see Praça do Comercio ) a taxi was 6 euros last year for me.

Thanks Kenderina but they will arrive on a cruise ship and that's what I'm trying to find out what type of transportation can they get when they get off the ship.

There is so much to see in Lisbon. It is such a charming city. Hop on Hop off is the best option but I dont know exactly where you can get it. Perhaps you can try their website. They definitely have to come back. there are many nice architectural finds and art objects to see.

Belem is located 5 miles west of the city center, and actually just west of the cruise ship dock. You can get the trolley from Praca do Comercio.
