How do you get this price? I put in an arbitrary mid-May depature date and got $1279/person based on double occupancy using the default (cheap) hotels and the "6-day" package departing from Wash DC (IAD).

The "Paris" hotel is not even in Paris - it's well outside the Blvd Peripherique and has a 92300 zip code.

The "6 days" is actually 2 nights in Paris and 2 nights in Venice.

I would file this under the "if it sounds too good to be true..." category.

Did it also mention that you need to flap your arms out the windows of the plane to get there?

Meanwhile, ziana, here's something you should check out and bookmark for future use.

If I was you and I would really want to know I would go to ContactUs section and write or call and ask...but it is just me...problem solver!

Neopolitan Apr 19th, 2006 09:52 AM

??????? What did that last post refer to?

Ziana Apr 19th, 2006 10:06 AM

Napoleon, I was responding to bardo...

Now I am responding to you...!!!
I am sure you had made tons of typos while trying to type into address bar
"http://www.europeandestinations.com/...n=041906"

This URL I posted you don't have to type in...you need just to click on it and voila! See what will happen.
So your tinyurl.com becomes useless after my instruction, am I right?

Ziana - Although I think that Neopolitan's flapping ones arms comment wasn't necessarily called for (he was simply doubting the value of the advert that you found), I think the remainder of his comment was referring to the length of the url, not a user's ability to type the url correctly. With an extremely long url, it forces the screen to accommodate the length of the url and requires users to scroll right to read the entire post.

AutoEurope is running some Spring/Fall specials that seem quite good. Those to Italy on Alitalia (fly/drive or air and hotel) arrived in my e-mail this morning, so probably still have good availability.

you are talking nonsense here. What system are you running? There is absolutely nothing wrong with that url, knox it off...
