Which is the better Hilton for going to Oktoberfest -- Hilton Munich City or Hilton Munich Park?

I've stayed in both, but used Munich City at Oktoberfest last year. The U-Bahn station is connected to the hotel, and it's two short rides to the fairgrounds ... really easy and fast.

I think the Munich Park is actually a nicer hotel, and in a prettier area - adjacent to the Englischer Garten. But we were in the city for only one night last year, just for Oktoberfest, so we opted for convenience, and the Hilton Munich City was perfectly fine.

Thanks, phillyboy! Yep -- we're going to do a quick Oktoberfest stop on our way to Northern Italy, so I think the Munich City is the right pick.
