I like to stay at the Hotel Lotti on rue Castiglione (right beside the Intercontinental. It has a lot of faded charm and sometimes you can be lucky with getting a very large room.

Hi Ana
There's quite a price range among 4-stars in Paris, from the Ritz/George V/Bristol/Crillon, on down.
In Dec 2000 I stayed at the
d'Aubusson on rue Dauphine on the left bank and liked it very much, beautiful decor and great location, but it certainly was not equal to the first 4 I mentioned.

For the ultimate experience in a Paris 4 star stay at the Bristol. Awesome rooms, genuine Louix IV antique furnishings, great service, great breakfast buffet, just a superb place. The bathrooms alone are bigger than most 2 or 3 star hotel rooms. One major drawback and that is the cost, major bucks to stay here....unless you can do it on expense account like I did.

Hi there,

I tried to send you an email but your email doesn't seem to be working.

If you want to send me another address, I will dig up the info again and send it to you.

(My boyfriend and I just returned from a trip to Europe that included Paris)
