4 Days In Paris

I are travelling to Paris in the first week of May with my wife. We want to visit Euro Disney and visit the usual places like Eifel Towers, palace etc. We are not much into museums. We would love to explore the night life too. As such can somebody guide us how to see the best of Pais in 4 days.

If May 1st is one of your days, don't forget that many things will be closed. However, Disneyland and the Eiffel Tower will both be open on that day. It will be a very very busy long weekend, but you know that already, I hope.

What do you like to do for "nightlife"? Cinema, bars, dancing, concerts...?

p.s. Disneyland Paris (not Eurodisney) is not the "best" of Paris, especially for such a short trip

Based on your other posts, I thought you're going to Paris with your wife AND your 2 daugthers age 6 & 11, no?

What's your definition of nightlife? Are you taking your 2 daughters out for nightlife as well?

Hi Yk,
My Aunt is travelling with us who dont venture out at night, so my kids can be with her at night.

Never been to EuroDisney, but you can do a lot in Paris without spending all day in museums.

Be sure to take a cruise along the Seine. I'd skip EuroDisney and head to Versaille Palace for a half day. Enjoy the many neighborhoods of Paris. Go to Rue Cler to get a taste of Parisian life. It's street that has a buther shops, fruit shops, bakeries, casual restaurants... it's wonderful.

Not too sure about the nightlife. My nightlife is going out to dinner.

Enjoy!

You still haven't told us what your definition is for "night life". Is it disco? Bars? Cabaret? Theatre? Opera? Jazz concert? We can't help you without more information.

Basilique du Sacré-Cœur at sunset, ride up on the Funicular.
Even if you don't like museums the Espace Dali Montmartre is fun. Take a walk through Luxembourg Gardens, my favorite place in Paris, bring wine & cheese for a picnic. Rue Mouffetard Market mornings only. If you want to lighten your wallet on the best dining experience ever, go to Le Meurice on Rue du Rivoli.

I actually think guidebooks do a very good job of the highlights in 3-4 days, at least both Fodors and Frommers do this, I think.

It isn't Eurodisney any more, hasn't been called that for years. It is Disneyland Paris. If you want to go there, go, it's your vacation. Some people really like that kind of thing and maybe don't have it at home. But that is going to take up one of your days, of course.
