$333 Chicago-Paris

I just got an email alert from Travelocity for RT travel ORD-CDG. I checked on it and fares came up on Northwest (through Detroit or Amsterdam) for travel in mid-Feb. for $333 round trip per person tax included.

Valentine's Day in Paris?

Thanks Joe.

BTW, there are some other NWA Valentines sale threads running concurrently with yours (it IS a great deal)

Isn't THAT romantic?!

I'm trying to swing a getaway to Paris with a girlfriend; not romantic, but DH can't get the time off. It's the same price out of Tulsa.

Right now it shows $233 from St. Louis, which is unheard of! I'm trying to talk my hubby into it, but so far he's not budging. We just got back from Rome last month and we will be in Europe again in May, but I'm still holding out hope!

tcreath--so go without him! LOL

Is that price with taxes? Mine was around that price before you added all the extras...

tcreath Jan 25th, 2005 10:52 AM

LOL! Maybe I should...the price (I use the fare watcher and that's the price that was listed) was $233 before taxes. The total price for 2 would be $660 or something like that, which is still terrific!

The fun part about these fares is that it makes short trips, even long week-ends worthwhile.

Instead of going to New York for a two or three day week-end, it's not a lot more expensive to go to Paris for a 4 day week-end.

You only live once!
