30 days in Europe, hostels, train itinerary flying into Amsterdam out of Munich
 

I’m going to fly into Amsterdam solo backpacking hostels, trains including London and flying home from Munich. 30 days, considering London to Lisbon for a little warmer weather in November. Itinerary suggestions?

Have you already bought tickets into Amsterdam and out of Munich? If not, then make a firmer decision about your itinerary first. You can’t really make good decisions about transportation if you do not know where and when you are going. Right now, your “plan” has you possibly zig zagging from North to West to South and back North East. Nothing is linear and it is too big a loop for reasonable travel. You mention hostels. Is that to save money or for a certain travel style? If you do not plan efficiently, travel will eat up a lot of time and money.
