3 weeks August suggestions please! Como/Venice..?
 

Hello! I find myself with the opportunity to spend 3 weeks this August in Europe, with my teenager daughter and 6 month old son. The more I read, the more I'm inclined to spend time in/around Lake Como. I'm thinking to visit Lake Como area, and Venice.

1/ What would a good itinerary be? We like nature and being active, we also like museums/cities (to some degree :) ). Given that I'll have the baby, I have to account for everything taking a lot longer, so I don't want to pack too much in. I don't want to have to rent a car and want to ride the rails, including Bernina, and take ferries.

2/ Is it too ambitious to try and see Paris too? Maybe we fly into Milan, train to Lake Como for 10 days, Venice for 3 days, Paris 7 days and fly home (to NYC) from Paris?
