If you take trains, Thalys (Bxl, Amsterdam) are cheapest about 90 days in advance (Blx-PAris can be about 29 €/trip cheapest and 99 € on the day of travel).
Easyjet (or other low cost) have really low cost travels (I paid something like 50 €/trip to Berlin with Easyjet, about the same to Prague, about smae to Leipzig etc) -> check departures from Orly (most low costs from there). Car... maybe to go to Deauville/Normandy, not to visit cities imho. Things it took me ages to do in Paris : catacombs, sewers. Things I love to do in Paris : to get lost... A must (especially since you're young) : Velib.fr, buy yourself a pass for 3 months, it costs next to nothing and allows easy transportation. PS : F1 : nice blog ! Getting used to your new life in Paris ? |
Thanks pariswat, I appreciate it. It took about 10 minutes to get used to my new life in Paris, I can't believe that it's been 3 months already.

This will be a wonderful experience for you both. I would just reiterate what was said earlier about your time here. The immigration officials are scrupulous about ensuring that you haven't gone beyond the 90-day limit in the Schengen zone. You don't want to be caught in that situation. Just be aware of this complication, so that you don't have a problem.
