3 days in Reykjavik in July

We (2 active adults) will be visiting Reykjavik in July (1st time in Iceland) and want to make the most of our time. We'll arrive early on Day 1 and then have 2 full days, before departing early on Day 4. On Day 1, we would like to explore Reykjavik (don't want to schedule anything too early in case of flight delays) but would like to do an afternoon tour, and on days 2 and 3, we would like full-day tours. We would be up for anything adventurous - hiking, caving, snowmobiling, etc. - but primarily just want to make sure that we see the most that we can. It seems like the Golden Circle would make sense for one of the full day tours and then either the South or West for the other full day - which would be the most spectacular, as well as the most varied from the Golden Circle? Any specific sites that we should make sure are included on the itineraries? And lastly, we would prefer a small group, most likely a Super Jeep tour. Does anyone have a specific tour company to recommend? I've been through TripAdvisor and there are many recommended but it's difficult to differentiate.
Thanks in advance!

Hi! I suggest going to Blue Lagoon. It is not far away from Reykjavik, and you'll be able to spend there several hours.
Landmannalaugar is an exciting place to see - and there are organized tours, e.g. Landmannalaugar Tours www.landmannalaugartours.com
