2 1/2 days in Lucerne - what to do?
I just booked a weekend trip to Lucerne for next weekend (the 15-18th). My thought was to spend Friday (we arrive around 2pm) walking through the town and Saturday on Titlis and Sunday on Pilatus (we are happy to switch out which mountain on each day). Would anyone recommend a different agenda?

Try to squeeze in a cruise on Lake Lucerne if the weather permits - they only take an hour or 2, and the views are amazing. Make sure you walk over the old covered wooden bridge whilst in the town - it's beautiful. Have fun!

It's going to be quieter in Lucerne this weekend. They've just had a very successful Fasnacht last weekend and the town is beat! But don't worry, it's all cleaned up and looking spotless again.
The weather is supposed to be good so it sounds like you've got a good plan.
It is probably better to visit Titlis on Saturday because Sunday will be the busiest day for skiers. You can go sledding in Engelberg too. Check out their website for sled rentals and runs.
Take a boat to Stansstaad to visit Pilatus.
Enjoy Lucerne!

Personally, I'd do only one mountain tour. There are too many other things not to miss in Luzern.
If it were me, I'd spend Sunday at the Swiss transport Museum (at least half a day--or more if you take in the awesome Alps Imax show), the Bourbaki panorama (a very moving "pre-moving-pictures Imax) and, if time permitted, the Rosengart art museum. I'm assuming you'll take in the Lowendenkmal (lion monument), covered bridges and ramparts on Friday. These are very cool sights not to miss.
