Chris, Do you have an address? I did a search on Google and there were a couple of comments about this B&B on Rick Steve's site.

Hi cb,<BR><BR>I would agree that this site is not the best for budget hotels with prices as low as what you are looking for. But, I would recommend looking at: Up Close Italy (published by fodors), Lets Go Italy and the Rick Steve's books.<BR><BR>As far as your itinerary goes, it seems a little tight to me to squeeze all of that in, but, then again, I like long stays in cities. The one thing I do recommend is not to sell yourself short on time in Venice. Although it does not have the blockbuster sights that Rome and Florence have (in terms of recognizable names, like the Colosseum, etc.) it is absolutely wonderful. The first time I went I was there for 9 nights and I didn't even make it out to any of the little islands (Murano, etc.) and I didn't want to leave!<BR><BR>Have a fabulous time.
