16 days driving vacation from Nice to the Italian Lakes, Tuscany and Cinque Terre

Our October trip this year will involve a lot of driving from Nice, France to the Italian Lakes then all the way south to Tuscany, spending time in the beautiful tuscan countryside and then back to Nice, stopping in the Cinque Terre and Genoa area.
Is this itinerary duable for a 16 day vacation? We would like to spend aproximataly 2 days in the lakes region then drive south to Florence for a 3-4 days stay.
Another 4-5 days would be dedicated to dicover the magnificent tuscan countryside before heading back towards Nice.
We are planning to stop for 1-2 days in the Cinque Terre area before spending the last couple of days in Monte Carlo.
I would like to know if we should skip the lakes and concentrate our time mostly in Florence and the rest of Tuscany or the timeframe allocated would accomodate all these places without rushing things.
