15 Nights in Spain and Portugal
 

I am planning our honeymoon in Portugal and Spain. We are both 36 and 35 years old. We have a total of 15 nights that we can stay in both Portugal and Spain. Below is a preliminary plan of where i think we will be staying at nights. We are planning to take day trips such as Sintra, Douro Valley, and Montserrat. We do not have all the day trips researched, so we probably might add some more. Based on your experience, do you think I should switch the number of nights between the cities, remove a place or add another city. Thanks for the help.1) 4 Nights - Lisbon
2) 2 Nights - Porto (Train from Lisbon)
3) 2 Nights - Madrid (Fly from Porto)
4) 3 Nights - Seville (Train from Madrid)
5) 4 Nights - Barcelona (Fly from Seville)

Two nights only gets you one day. While Madrid is not one of my favorite cities I would drop Porto and add a night each to Lisbon and Madrid.

There is a train from Seville to Barcelona, which may be more suitable.
