If those are the places that you are sure to go then I would put first Amsterdam, France and then Tuscany.

Amsterdam: MUST see - Concertgebouw, Anne Frankhuis, Openbare Bibliotheek, Toy Town, Amstelkring Museum, Van Gogh Museum, The Rijksmuseum, The Jordaan, Vondelpark, Amsterdams Verzetsmuseum.
France: Go to - Paris, Nice, Cannes, Lyon, Saint-Tropez, Chamonix, Avignon, Marseille.
Tuscany: Visit - Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Cortona

You do not have time for all of the places suggested by cheshire47. With 15 days, choose 4 stops. I suggest Amsterdam, Paris, Florence with day trips to the Tuscan countryside.

By the way, you have flagged this trip as a trip report (a report done at the end of the trip), not as a request for help. See if you can get the forum moderators to make a change - you are likely to get more responsive replies.

Probably meant Tun Fun, the indoor playground for kids?

I would add the following for Amsterdam:

Xtra Cold Ice Bar (www.xtracold.com/en)
House of Bols Cocktail & Genever Experience (http://www.bols.com/splash.php?u=/ab...use-of-bols-2/)
Schuttersgallerij (www.amsterdam.info/museums/civic-guards-gallery/)
Amsterdam Museum (used to be Amsterdam Historical Museum = http://www.amsterdam.info/museums/am...orical_museum/)
Begijnhof / Het Houten Huis (www.amsterdam.info/sights/begijnhof)
English Church (ion the same complex, see www.amsterdam.info/sights/begijnhof/engelse_kerk)
Maritime Museum reflecting the history of economic world dominance - http://www.amsterdam.info/museums/ne...ritime_museum/

With some day trips to places like The Hague, Antwerp, Delft, Ghent, Keukenhof (tulips!), a day or two through the north, and others, your could spend two weeks in Holland and still have to come back for more.

some of mine and others favorite things about Amsterdam.

Land in Amsterdam, spend three days or so there

Move onto Paris - just 3.5 hours by train from Amsterdam

Take overnight train from Paris to Florence (Tuscany)

Then finish in Rome, flying home from there.

For lots of great info on European trains - which for your itinerary on such limited time is the way to go - plus in cities like Amsterdam or Paris or Florence cars are useless and a liability IME - anyway great train info sites - www.seat61.com; www.budgeteuropetravel.com and www.ricksteves.com.

Take overnight train from Paris to Florence (Tuscany)>

Oops this train can be scrubbed but you can still take an overnight train Paris to Venice and get off well before Venice and go onto Florence - Milan for instance.
