Sorry - you are trying to get to WAY 2 many places - you really need to cut this back or you will spend a very large portion of your limited time in transit.

Doing Naples and Rome in what seem to be a total of 3 days is not going to give you time to see much of anything.

You need to drop either Italy or Greece and add the time to the one you don't drop.

If you haven't booked flights yet, drop backtracking to Turkey and book your flight home out of Italy or Greece. Backtracking wastes time.

"After reaching back to Istanbul i will leave for Santorini and spend a day there. The next day i will leave for Athens and spend 1-day there"
By private jet or taxi flight?

A lot of this trip is a wish list without checking specifics.

Soma? Do you mean Samos island? Are you sure ferries Samos> Santorini exists? Because I think not. Even if it was, ferry ride along would take maybe 10+ hours. I do not think this would work.

And what exactly you would do on Santorini in a few hours time frame? Do note that ferries Santorini to Athens requires a 6-8 hours ferry ride depending on type of ferry. A flight takes only 40 minutes but you have to add time waiting on Santorini airport, getting from Athens airport to down town etc. If flight is say on noon, this does not allow you enough time either on Santorini either on Athens on this transit day.

In high season the timetable would look like that:
Day 5:
visit Efes, Kusadasi dp by ferry 17.00 - Samos/Vathy ar 18.30, daily
Day 6:
Vathy dp by ferry 11.00 - Mykonos ar 16.05, 3 times weekly
Day 7:
Mykonos dp 9.50 by (expensive) catamaran - Santorini ar 11.40

On the days at which the Vathy - Mykonos ferry doesn't run and in low season, it's easier to travel via Piraeus:
Day 6:
Vathy - Piraeus (ar in the evening or in the morning of day 7)
Day 7 or 8:
Piraeus dp 7.25 - Santorini ar 15.10 (ferry, all year round)
Piraeus dp early afternoon - Santorini ar evening (catamaran, high season)

Your plan will not work well.

Purchase multi-city ticket, into Istanbul, out of Rome.

Honestly, you cannot tour Istanbul and go to Cappadocia all on the day you arrive. By time you arrive, get your luggage, clear customs, get into the city, etc., you will have probably only an afternoon.

You are trying to travel too many great distances and not allowing time to see anything. All that travel will eat up your budget and time.

There are cheap flights from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Those are long bus trips.

There's no direct Samos-Santorini ferry. You'll have to pass through Mykonos and it might mean staying over night depending on the schedule. http://www.gtp.gr
