13 days Paris - Switzerland - Germany

Hi everyone!

I'm planning a Nov trip to these places with my friend. Need some help in the itinerary cause there're just simply too many fantastic places to visit!

Trip dates: 18th - 29th Nov.
Flying in and out: Frankfurt airport
Preference: Non touristy places, hiking, adventure, history and culture (but we'll skip the museums), good food and alcohol.

Paris: 1 day city trip.
Switzerland: 2 days (1 day at interlaken, 1 day at lucerne)

So now we're not sure if 8 days are enough for us to travel from blackforest up to Berlin (or hamburg if possible). Will like to hear suggestions from fellow travelers!

And, what is perhaps the best way to travel from zurich back into Germany?

Many thanks in advance!

The best way to get from Zurich into Germany depends on where you want to go: If Berlin is your choice destination flying would be best. Same goes for Hamburg. You can combine Berlin and Hamburg very well: Trains between the two cities take approx. 1.5 hours only and run every hour until quite late in the evening. I would allocate a minimum of 3 days to Berlin (you could do 5 if you include Potsdam and its park, which in November will not inspire you as it would during summer) and 1.5 - 2 days to Hamburg.
That leaves you with some 2-3 days in the Black Forest.
Getting there from Zurich is probably easiest by train.
