12 days in Portugal
 

We are planning our first trip to Portugal in early October. We are planning to arrive in Porto from Spain, We want to see Porto and then the Douro Valley , maybe 4 days. Any suggestions? We would like to stay in a Quinta or hotel with view and near hiking and wine but prefer not to be in a very busy high tourist zone. We then will make our way to Lisbon with side trips en route or from there, We do not want to over pack our time and find time to relax and enjoy the wine, hiking and beauty, culture, tiles, and include the coast if we can. We will have a car. Is anyone familiar with Quinta Posada?
I would appreciate any ideas of itinerary, places to stay recommendations
