12 Days Italy Tour

I would like to know if this tour is feasible? If we Fly into Venice - spend three days in Venice, three days in Florence, three days on the Amalfi Coast, 1 day Rome - Departure Rome on the twelfth.

I don't know if you're allowing for travel time. Getting from Florence to the Amalfi Coast, and getting from there back to Rome will take the better part of two days. Are you counting those travel days in the number of days you'll have on the Amalfi Coast and in Rome?

If not, you'll have two days on the Amalfi Coast and a less than half a day in Rome. Traveling from Venice to Florence takes some time, too, but much less than getting to and from the Amalfi Coast.

What time of year are your planning? How many days do you actually have on the ground - minus the day you arrive and the day you depart? Is it 12 days plus those 2 or 12 days including those 2.

It's 10 days, a mistake to include the AC due to transportation times, as pointed out.

Two nights in a place give you 1 full day, 3 nights give 2 full days, etc. When calculating travel time, include time getting from hotel to train station, etc. You do need to spend your last night in the city of departure.

This is your current itinerary.

Day 1, arrive Venice. What time? Considering jet lag and getting to hotel, you will probably have an afternoon to walk around, no tours then.
Day 2, Venice, 1 whole day
Day 3, Venice, 1 whole day
Day 4, travel to Florence, 1/2 day of travel, 1/2 day in Florence
Day 5, Florence, 1 whole day
Day 6, Florence, 1 whole day
Day 7, Travel to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento on the Bay of Naples, 2/3 day of travel. Time for dinner and to relax a bit.
Day 8, Amalfi Coast, whole day
Day 9, Amalfi Coast, whole day
Day 10, Amalfi Coast, whole day
Day 11, travel to Rome, 1/2 day of travel, 1/2 day in Rome
Day 12, depart for home.

You can easily see that you do not have 3 days in Venice, 3 days in Florence, or even a whole day in Rome.

You have 2 days and a few hours in Venice
2 & 1/2 days in Florence
3 days on the Amalfi Coast
1/2 day in Rome

It appears you have no interest in Rome. Why not depart from Naples? it won't save a lot of time, but would save some, and is much easier.

Are you going to Pompeii? If so, you could cut a day from the AC and use that day to go to Rome, stopping to see Pompeii on the way. There are luggage lockers at the entrance. That would give you at least 1 whole day in Rome if you want to go or must for your flight. You could do the same on the last day and stay in Naples for the last night.

are you saying this is a tour , as in group or preset tour? if so, definitely add some days in Rome on your own at the end,

Of course it is feasible.
However, whether you have enough time for what you want to do is a different matter. You have not articulated anything about your visit.

I would second the idea to leave Amalfi on Day 10, visit Pompeii and drive to Rome in order to have a full day in Rome. Even if you had been in Rome before, you will find enough things to see and to do there and it is always a good idea to be close to the airport of departure one day before.

Otherwise, the itinerary looks reasonable with two whole days for Venice, Florence and Amalfi Coast.
