10 Year Fodorite GTG Anniversary!
 

Greetings fellow Fodorites,

I was talking to my friend Louisa this morning about a restaurant that my Mom and I went to back in May 1999. I also mentioned it was the same time that I organized the <b><font color=red>first</font></b> Fodorite GTG (May 16, 1999). I hadn't thought of it being 10 years, so the two GTGs I'm organizing for Paris this May (9th and 23rd) should be special.Click on my name to get to the May 2009 GTG thread.

Coco, why don't you join us? I've read so many wonderful things about you and enjoyed your city in 2007.
After a great GTG in Paris two years ago, I am excited that we're going to have two GTGs this May. I'm looking forward to meeting new Fodorites in one of my favorite cities.((#))

Louisa and Tod, how nice of you to invite me. Unfortunately May is one of my busiest months (I'm not complaining!) It will be an Australian month so far this time for a change.
It is too bad since I've checked the TGV rates on the 9th of May and they still are 34&euro; return!

Hi Monica! I wish I could spend a month in Australia, but when I say Australian month it means that unlike other months of May when I welcome Americans for the most part, this time it will be Australians.
Since I can't travel a lot, the world comes to me! Isn't it great? :-)

Monica, this is great. I'll get to celebrate the 10 year anniversary in Paris in May and then again in the US in June!

This should be an excuse to party all year long! Hehehehe
