1-2 day cooking classes in Tuscany?
My Husband and I are planning a trip to Northern Italy and would like to take a cooking class in the Tuscany region. Does anyone know of a 1-2 day class? Also, can you recommend a few great restaurants in Tuscany and Portifino?

Thanks,

Carla

I would recommend doing a search using "cooking classes Italy " - I found a ton. There are some classes in Florence which are easier to attend. Otherwise, most are for several days. I tried Mangiafirenze.com but I didn't learn much from the class, and it was expensive. One in Perugia had a very gracious host eager to please and a local friendly cook in a cute rooftop kitchen. If you write me, I will try to find the website.
