Yes! you can get refunds from GCT
 

Micheallip, et. al. You may be surprised to learn that we, after a 5 month wait, have been credited back to our credit card, ALL the money that GCT owed us. Now I feel vindicated! I am not a person who willingly pays for services I didn't receive. If you perserve, you can have something to say about quality of business practices. Yep, Yep...today we celebrate.

Samting: No hard feelings. Glad you were able to get a refund as you did have a really bad experience. Did you get the whole amount you paid refunded?

I'm glad you got the refund but at the same time its disturbing to note how much time and effort it took. However in the end it turned out to be satisfying to the customer. BTW do you mind telling how much the refund came to? If you prefer privacy I fully understand. Cheers. Larry

Yes, we sent detailed expenses vs. value received, and were totally realistic, to our credit card company, and were reimbursed in full. Won't state the amount, but GCT decided, evidentally, not to dispute the claim. After what I have read, I am not sure this is the general rule.
