And, because they are so cheap, they attract every low life who ever wanted to cruise. "Gee, honey, we can pack up the kids and go on a big boat for 7 nights and spend only $499."<BR><BR>When I travel, I don't want to be around people who swear Carnival cruise is fantastic and who like to have disco music blarring in the dining room between the main course and desert. I really don't want to see my waiter dancing the Macarena. I want to see his ass hustling my food to me when it is still hot and fresh.

Here's a few more:<BR><BR>Club Med Cruises, Ecotour Expeditions, Temptress Adventure Cruises, Blackbeard's Cruises, Sea Cloud Cruises, Star Clippers, Classical Cruises and the expensive Compagnie des Isles Du Ponant.

My opinion is that most cruisers I've seen in the Caribbean go because it's cheap, and they love to party....when I went, I certainly didn't see anyone who seemed interested in the educational/cultural aspect of the ports, more interested in the beach, pool, beers etc. JMO....
