Diamond Princess March Sailing
I am just booked on the March 27 sailing of the Diamond Princess to Mexico -- is this the first sailing? If not, and you've been on it, any feedback on the boat and the cruise experience would be appreciated. If it is, I am bracing myself for maiden voyage glitches of which I heard can be common. Any advice if this is the first sailing from anyone else whose been on any first sailings before?

Looks like you are on the maiden voyage. Hope it works out for you. Keep you ears open for a delay in sailing--that happens many times with 1st sailings. Good Luck! Happy sailing!
Be sure to report back to us on how things went!

The Diamond Princess has already done a 2 nighter sailing and people just returned today from a 7 day sailing. Check out cruisecritic - Princess board. SandyR has posted a few comments about her trip.

SF: Sorry about the wrong info. When I checked on dates, I guess the 20th sailing was already pulled from the schedule.
Hope you have an enjoyable cruise on the 27th. Maybe all the kinks will be worked out before you board. Be sure to post a review when you return!
