Website to check out Agencies?

Hi all,
I know I found a link to a website on here that you can type in a companies name and it will bring up whether there were disputes lodged about them etc. but I can't for the life of me find it. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

Thanks

I would agree with the Better Business Bureau answer. We went through Triple A, but I don't know if you have to be a member? You would never have a problem with AAA plus our cost was *very* comparable to the online "discount" cruise sites. I would recomment checking this question on:

AAA is known as a retail agency. I think if you priced the same cruise through http://CruiseCompete.com, you'd see a pretty significant savings.

Ornish, I forgot to mention that CruiseCompete also shows user reviews/ratings of the agencies quoting based on customer feedback.
