Viking Ocean Cruise
 

Viking offered ocean cruise which included Havana Cuba, Cozumel, Mexico, Belize City, Belize - they had no permit to port in Havana, and when they notified passengers that the new port would be in Cienfuegos, Cuba, they eliminated Cozumel and Belize, offered cancellation full refunds for a period of time and NEVER told passengers and have now refused to give a full refund because the time period for full refunds has expired. They want me to go away, but I am not!! No way to treat customers!!

I agree. Go away.

We enjoyed Xienfuegos but that was in addition to Havana. Make sure you get a full refund!
