I cannot speak directly about the Grand Princess, but on the Royal Princess this summer one of our travelmates was a vegetarian. She simply requested a vegetarian menu. Each night the head waiter checked with her about the suggested menu for the next evening. Our table had a standing order for three dinner salads each evening. The dinner salads were huge. Some nights our table of 10 fought over the salads!

Princess is in the middle of rolling out new menus for their fleet. Not sure which menu style you will get.

Here is a link with a link with the "new menus":

Here is a menu from the Sun Princess - it is a few years old but still accurate for the old menus:

There really is no problems finding vegetarian items.

Actually Princess will try very hard to accomodate special requests. Just talk to the head waiter on the first night. It should work out well.

I just finished a cruise on the Pacific Princess and there were vegetarian selections on the menu in the dining room every night. The buffet also offered vegetarian fare every day.
