By "travel site" you mean an online site, I believe.
My booking first choice would be as Reme says a real live person - IF they are willing to work for you and look for best pricing. Second choice would be the cruise line. A very distant, not sure I would, choice would be on-line agent.

I agree. A local travel agent who specializes in cruises. Someone I can talk with face-to-face.
