Look at www.insuremytrip.com. It will help you compare policies and prices. Features desired depend on what is important to you.

Make sure you buy your trip insurance within 10 days (or maybe it is 2 weeks, I forget) of booking your cruise to get the best coverage. For the time we booked TravelSafe was the best price and coverage we found. Their phone number is 1-888-885-7233

Depending on the insurance carrier, you have to buy your trip insurance within 7 to 21 days of paying your initial trip deposit to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver and protection from financial default. Read the policy exclusions carefully.

Also use Access America. Had to file a claim once and they paid the claim within 10 days - very satisfied with the company.
