Do you know what is economical way to get from Port of Miami to FLL airport?

There has been a bus that will deliver you to FLL, but it waits to leave until it is full. If you are pressed for time-waiting for the bus to load, people still waiting for luggage at the carousel, saying goodbye to others..the bus may not be the way to go.It is economical.If you have a late day flight the bus can work for you.Sign up at the pursers desk before leaving the ship.<BR>We had an 11 AM flight out of FLL. The taxi got us there with plenty of time to spare; $50.00 with tip.<BR>

Be very careful, Robin, with that last posting. Glad it worked for tjc.<BR> Even going from FLL pier to FLL airport to catch a 11am flight is cutting it close. Arriving atleast two hours before flight 9am, plus the drive,<BR>plus getting clearance from the ship must have been a rush for tjc.<BR> What day of the week is this happening? Add rush hour to drive time in some cases.<BR> Guess I didn't answer your question as to the most economical form of transport though. Just didn't want you to miss your flight.<BR> Good luck!!<BR>

Brittney and TJC, thanks for your replies. Our flight out of FLL is 3 p.m. on Sat. Would the bus work in this case?
