There are several reputable shared-van services that operate between Orlando airport and Port Canaveral. You should expect to pay about $40 per person each way on a shared-van transport or about $70 per person on a private car when shared by only 2 people. Some of these services allow you to book a private van or car, which can be more affordable if you are a large group but not cost-effective if you are just a couple. And almost all the cruise lines offer bus transfers even if you haven't booked airfare with the cruise line, and this can often be at a reasonable cost, so you should look into that as well.
Other people rent a car and drive themselves, a good option if you are going to spend the night in Port Canaveral before the cruise but not such a good idea if you are just driving since there's the time it takes to both pick up and drop off the car on a busy cruise day (and lines at car-rental places in Orlando airport can be long).
