Toiletry charge

Is it true? I heard that several lines are considering adding a toiletry charge that will be added to the cruise accounts of passengers who use more items than the room is originally stocked with when they get on board?

wow, that's a shocker! and if you want to bring your own toilet paper in case your overuse is caused by the quality of their food, will you be charges "corkage fee" for not buying theirs?
FYI, you may be able to get away with not paying the corkage fee. Say the bottle was a gift from your travel agent. It's worth a shot.

Paul
