Yep it is but that's an extra fee too. If you get their coffee card you get unlimited premium coffee and like about 20 ish punches for specials like lattes, espressos and so on. Gotta have my good coffee so I buy the card. Royal has pretty good free coffee from Seattles Best BTW.

Larry, the Princess coffee card now includes the premium gelatos at International Cafe; and there are only 15 punches but you can have iced/blended espresso cold drinks as well. The iced white chocolate mocha espresso is pretty good if they blended it. Some bartenders and some bartenders don't.

Good to know RCL has Seattle's Best. Didn't recall seeing it last time or on X, which was owned by RCL.
