The Norway with 2 teenage boys
Hi: We can get a great price on the Eastern Caribbean Itinerary with the Norway in Apr/03. We took our sons on the Western Itinerary last Jan. and they loved it. It was on a 3 star cruise but to them it was awesome to be able to go to a different country each day. So instead of a stay put vacation this year we thought about the Norway. Anyone cruised her recently?? Would they have enough to do. They are pretty social so they can get along with all age groups. Thanks for the help. Karen

How many posts are you going to start on this subject - why didn't you just continue the one you already had?

The Norway is a really old ship with few of the ammenities of a modern cruise ship. Your boys will be bored to death.

I can get a really good deal on an 87 chevy, but that doesn't mean I'm going to be happy with it.

Hi Karen,

Best to choose another ship. Too many negatives.

Paul

I have to agree. There is a reason the Norway is offering rock bottom prices. Best to keep looking for another bargain, I'm sure you'll find a deal since the week you're looking at is not a holiday or particularly busy one.

If you're non-smokers, try the Carnival
Paradise. It was great. My 14-year old
son had a lot of fun.

If you haven't booked yet, your teens would probably prefer one of RCCL's Voyerger ships. Larger and more activity, like rock climbing, etc. The Norway would be a drag for them.

I agree the Paradise has very low rates since it is a non-smoking ship and the kids would have a great time.

Can't knock the Voyager, another fantastic ship but it not an economy cruise.

Paul
