Southern Caribbean Cruise

Same itinerary (Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Thomas), 2 ships (RCCL Serenade of the Seas) or Princess Crown (new). Which ship and why?

I would probably pick Princess, only because I have sailed with them before and had a great experience.

I like the Persoanl Choice dining on Princess so we can eat when we want.

Serenade has more activities (including unique pool tables) and nightlife. Princess usually has better food and service. Take your pick.

Serenade is a beautiful ship and I did this itinery two years ago on her.

I do NOT like personal choice dining so would not choose Princess. I also did not care for my one Princess cruise.

SOS has a wonderful fitness facility with a beautiful sauna and steam area. I use this every day at least twice so this is important to me.

And the nightlife is better - IME - on RCI.
