Smoking?
 

I was wondering if I can smoke in my cabin. I'm taking the Splendour of the Seas cruise and staying in an oceanview with a balcony. Also, can you smoke in the casino?

Though my response is not couched in such rude terms, I would hate to be on the balcony next to you. Please, please, don't smoke out there. Everyone will smell the drifting aroma. There's your room and places around the ship. Remember, the person with the balcony next to you may not be a smoker. Thank you.

Oh no! Someone has brought up the smoking question again. Now all the freaks will post their nasty comments and start ragging on the evil that smokers do. The last thread ended up with someone equating it with abortion; go figure. Smoke anywhere that there is a designated smoking area. That includes your cabin, unless you are on that one all no-smoking ship, the Carnival Paradise, I think?

<BR>Hi Marnie,<BR><BR>I'll answer your question: You can smoke in your stateroom and on your balcony. You can also smoke in the casino (except for tables that are marked). You can not smoke in the hallways. Other areas on the ship will be posted.<BR><BR>Paul
