Should I ever consider RCL again?

I just returned from a RCL cruise to Mexican Riveria on board Rhapsody of the Sea and had a terrible time for the first time out of eight cruises. I cruised with RCL on Vision of the Sea to Alaska, and it was quite good although still not quite measure up to other cruise lines like Princess or Celebrity. The general morale on board of Rhapsody was poor. The food, servie and entertainment was lousy. The final night show was really a joke with the cruise director (John Blair) performing. He was simply terrible and you can actually witness people walked out (including my group) after 5 minutes into the show. The purser and excursion desk staffs were rude and the public toilets were often dirty. I'm just wondering if anyone share the same experience, or I should simply never consider crusing the RCL again? I'm also concern about the quality of Celebrity as it's now managed under RCL.

I've been on four RCL cruises and loved them all. I cruised on the Rhapsody to Alaska two years ago and the food and entertainment were very good, although our waiter left a lot to be desired. I imagine you could have a bad experience on any cruise line.
We are cruising on Celebrity's Galaxy in December.

We will not sail on RCL because of they were caught and fined at least twice that I read about for dumping trash/garbage at sea.
The first time, RCL said it was an accident. I'm not sure if they were fined or not.
Twice after that they were caught doing similar things.
Sorry -- can't recollect the exact details.
Anyway, that did it for me. I accepted the first time -- accidents can happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But not twice more.

Try Explorer of the Seas, their newest ship. Just got back and it was wonderful. Food excellent, service terrific. Shows very good. Prominade is wonderful, shops, bars, cafe, parades, tables and chairs for people watching. We hardly got off ship, there was so much to do. Ship is just beautiful. No complaints. Lost our camera but that was only negative. Good luck.

The four of us- 2 couples, recently returned from Boston/Bermuda cruise on the Majesty. A Fabulous time, in terms of the ship, food and staff. The new freestyle dining was great, allowing a lot more freedom to eat whenever. Don't forget, the polite complaint can result in satisfaction!
