Short cruise to Key West?

A friend of mine who always gets seasick on smaller boats wants to "test" herself on a cruise ship. She said she heard from someone about a cruise that leaves the western coast of FL. and goes to Key West. She can't find any details. Or any other suggestions for a really short cruise? Also what are the latest aides in preventing sea sickness?

My husband and I went on a 4 day on Royal Carribean to Key West and Nassau. As far as seasick aides, when we go on deep sea fishing trips my choice is Bonine, its a non drowsy and have never had a problem.

Did this cruise leave from the west coast of Florida? If so, from where?

Check with Carnival and RCCL. I believe both have 3 or 4 day cruises that stop in Key West and leave out of Tampa (West Coast of Florida)

This site has a search by ports visited.

Type in "Key West" and you can see all of the itineraries that go there.

I've been on the Imagination (cruise went from Miami and stopped in KW & Cozumel). The added bonus was this was a Thursday-Monday itineray--4 nights sailing with only 3 days off of work...
