Sea sickness and battery operated relief band

I would like to hear from anyone who has used one of the battery operated relief bands. Did it work for you? Thanks!

I bought one as a last resort because none of the other often mentioned remedies worked for me. I was pleasantly surprised, and now will not cruise (20+ cruises) without one.
Some people get by with less expensive methods, so try the Bonine, patch etc. before paying the hundred bucks.
The battery powered ReliefBand is not the same as the little stretchy bands, although I've also heard of people who also get relief from those.
Bon Voyage!

I have not used the battery operated relief bands, but I have used the little wrist bands that you can get at CVS, and those did work for me.

Hi southerncal - I'm from Southern Cal too (both geographically and the university!).

My husband and I are both private pilots. My husband is also a flight instructor so he often spends a lot of time per day with students doing practice aerial maneuvers... stalls, steep turns, etc. He wears a ReliefBand to aid in reducing the motion sickness... works for him!
