Actually they did call. Several times in fact. GCT's non response which is a pattern that has been noted B4 if youlook into them or even read this thread necessitated the call to an ombudsman. Cheers, Larry :-)

SE. Are you saying they called Eliot FIRST w/o trying to resolve it with GCT? How could that be? How else did they find out about the change fee? Of course they called. You can't blame them for this. Lets face it. GCT has issues inre to CS. Its documented with many posters here as well as with the BBB. Take care. Larry.
