Radiance of the Seas for Alaska

We are seeing some great prices on this ship for a northbound Alaska cruise in July. It appears that all of the itineraries are relatively the same. Does anyone have a concern with this ship? Thanks.

It is a pretty ship.

The one negative in my opinion on this route is - that it doesn't sail Glacier Bay. Also RCI usually does not have ship naturalists on board. They can really enhance your sailing with wildlife spotting, area information.

Sorry on the above- should be they don't sail College Fjords. Especially on a one way this is a fantastic glacier area to see.

Glacier Bay is also my preference, but Hubbard Glacier is certainly excellent too.

Very nice ship, but have only sailed on it to the Caribbean. No concerns.

The same with myself. Only did the Caribbean and it was a wonderful ship. I cannot comment on Alaska or itinerary for that matter.
