Princess All-Inclusive Beverage Package

Wondering if the All-Inclusive Beverage Package on Princess is worth it. (Royal Princess, 10-day Eastern Caribbean).
Package includes any individual beverage item, such as soda, water, cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffee and tea, up to $10 (retail value).
...what do mixed drinks go for these days on Princess? Thank you.

How can someone advise you when

you do NOT say what the price of the package is?

you do NOT say how much you generally drink in a day?

Of course it is "worth it" if when you add up the price per person per day and multiply that by 10 and you already KNOW how much you generally drink and you already KNOW prices are going to be at least 5-8 bucks for a cocktail.

Back in the day, the cruise line would have lost money on me. My limit per day is now one alcoholic drink so I am reasonably sure it would not be "worth it" for me.

Ask the cruise line whether top-shelf brands are $10 or under, ask the price of wine by the glass (on our Celebrity cruise last Nov. good wines were around $12 a glass.). If you like umbrella drinks (mai tais, piña coladas, etc) I doubt they are under $10. Ask if the service charge is included in the price you are being quoted (I believe it usually isn't). What brands of beer?

Are room service drinks covered? Are all restaurants covered?

Once you have those answers, then factor by the amount you will most likely drink per day(people say sharing is actively discouraged), you'll then know whether or not it makes sense.

Also, usually, all adults sharing a stateroom must purchase the same package. Check that out.

Depends on how much you drink. For me it would not be worth it, not even close.

Mixed drinks are way more than $5.00, closer to $10.00 to $15.00 or more. We were just on the Sapphire and the Wheelhouse bar and a 2 for 1 special during certain hours of the evening starting at around 2030 I think, for 1 hr.

You can bring 2 bottles of wine on board at embarkation for use in your cabin if this bit of info is any help. If you take that to dinner then there is a corkage fee.

Cruise Critic has some articles about Cruises and Drink Prices. However, I believe most of the cruise lines require EVERYONE over 18 in the cabin to purchase the package.
