pre/post hotel
 

My husband and I are taking a cruise from Port Everglades in Florida. I booked our pre-post hotel at the Ramada fort Lauderdale Airport. I have since read nightmare discriptions of this hotel. Has Anyone stayed at Comfort Inn or other budget Inns?

I have not stayed at the Comfort Inn but have read many very good reviews.<BR><BR>Lots of people use princeline and are getting the Embassy suites which is a great hotel.<BR><BR>Pier66 is top of the line and is currently running a special. I think I read it was $99 which is a great price for this hotel. You may want to look into it. I don't know the details but it is worth a look.

Got the Hyatt at Pier 66 for overnight on 11/22/02 for $89.

We are booked into the Marina Marriott for our pre-cruise night 11/30. We got a rate of $90.00 for the night. Right close to pier. Not a bad price considering it is 4* rated.

We have booked the Spring Hill Suites Fort Lauderdale)for our pre-cruise night for family of 4 in Dec at $84..includes breakfast and shuttle transportation from the airport and to the dock.

What kind of nightmare discriptions for this hotel have you read?

Libby... I just booked a room at Springhill also, sailing in May...got the room off quikbook.com for 75.00...thought it was a great price for a Marriott property!
