Port Everglaeds luggage storage avail. post cruise?
 

Does anyone know if there are facilities at the Port for luggage storage after a cruise? Our flight doesn't leave until 1800 and we thought it would be more interesting to sightsee instead of waiting at the airport all day.<BR>Any info. appreciated and thanks. J

You might want to check for post-cruise excursions. Then you just store your luggage on the bus, which then will drop you off at the airport.

Hi Joanne,<BR><BR>No place at any pier to store your bags. The airline may check-in your bags early (luck of the draw).<BR>The airport, at one time, had storage facitlites but I believe there are none that do this anymore.<BR><BR>I guess yoiu will either have to take a ship's tour or book a day room at one of the airport hotels.<BR><BR>Paul<BR><BR>

Joanne - Last time we had time to kill after a cruise before a flight we rented a car. There are shuttles at the port to the rentals near the airport, and we left the luggage in the car while we shopped the outlet mall - worked out great. It was much cheaper than the excursions, which we weren't interested in.
