Optional Tours Windsurf Capri,Messina, Kotor Dubrovnik Hvar?
 

Wondering if taking the optional tours is worth while. Seem pricey?

Of the ciies you list, we've only been to Dubrovnik, which we found very easy to see on our own. The Old City is very small. I compiled a self-guided walking tour from several guidebooks and websites. We loved walking the city walls with the audioguide.
